Safety mat controllers monitor four-wire pressure-sensitive mats with two independent, cross-monitored control circuits: any single failure — including a welded relay contact — shuts the output down and indicates the fault on an LED until power is reset. This contact monitoring is what lets a mat system meet control-reliability requirements.
Available for single-mat and multi-mat zones, with normally-open SPST four-wire mat inputs and safety-rated redundant outputs for the machine control circuit.
