Guardomation APS LLC (“Guardomation,” “we,” “us”) operates this website at guardomation.com and provides machine guarding products and services to industrial customers in the United States.
What we collect
- Contact information you submit through forms — name, company, email, phone, and details about your machine guarding application.
- Order information when you purchase through our online store — billing/shipping addresses, payment details (handled by our payment processor), and order history.
- Site analytics — pages visited, referring sources, and similar usage data via standard web analytics. If you reach us from an ad, email, or partner link, we store that campaign information in your browser’s local storage for up to 90 days so an order can be credited to the right source. It stays on your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.
How we use it
- To respond to quote requests and customer inquiries.
- To process and fulfill orders.
- To improve our website and services.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information. We share data with service providers necessary to operate our business — payment processors, shipping carriers, our CRM, and our accounting system. We may disclose information if required by law. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared for marketing — see Text Messaging below.
Text Messaging (SMS)
Guardomation APS LLC may send text messages to customers and their contacts who have agreed to receive them. Messages relate to quotes, orders, shipping, installation scheduling, service visits and technical support. We do not send marketing texts.
Information we collect. When you agree to receive texts, we collect your mobile number and a record of your consent (date and method). We use this only to communicate with you about your business with Guardomation.
No sharing. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers who help us deliver messages (such as our phone carrier), solely for that purpose.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (281) 265-2832 or sales@guardomation.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your choices
You can request a copy of personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of marketing communications by emailing info@guardomation.com.
